Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of OU Human Resources include:

  • Personnel planning and position management in close cooperation with the Rectorate
  • Execution of human resources administration and payroll in conformity with the law
  • First level support for all university staff in matters related to legislation on employment and payment
  • Ongoing adaptation to changes in the legal framework as well as internal guidelines and quality assurance
  • Career and development opportunities for all university staff
  • Advancement of the human resources strategy
  • Professional development and occupational health management
