The Working Group on Equal Opportunities (AKGL) is your partner in the event of discrimination on the basis of gender, ethnic origin, religion, belief, age or sexual orientation as well as problems with sexual or gender-based harassment connected with working or studying at the university. The working group is responsible for combatting discrimination by members of the university and advising and supporting the members and bodies of the university in connection with issues related to equal opportunity and the advancement of women (§ 42 par. 1 UG). It has been granted extensive rights to information, control and participation in order to perform these tasks.
