Place of Teaching

Our university campus stretches from the main entrance of University Hospital Graz (Auenbruggerplatz) to the preclinical premises (Harrachgasse) to Modul 1 and 2 (Stiftingtal). With the realization of the large new campus project, this modern, well-designed infrastructure has become the heart of our university. Students, teachers and researchers have the perfect environment in which they can learn and work together. The building concept is characterized by state-of-the-art laboratories, new teaching and communication areas such as lecture halls, seminar and exercise rooms as well as generously proportioned outdoor spaces and meeting points.

The library of the Medical University of Graz is a public library that is open to all. Readers have a choice of 180 seats where they can study and work. 52 fully equipped IT workstations provide the most modern infrastructure for our visitors. The books, journals and electronic resources may be used within the library without any restrictions. 

The library is located in the building complex of the Center for Medical Research (ZMF), which is directly on the premises of Med Uni Graz and University Hospital.

The Clinical Skills Center at Med Uni Graz is Austria's leading university simulation and training facility. For over ten years, it has provided Med Uni Graz students with ideal conditions under which they can learn clinical practice skills and practice them while studying. CSC offers training in the entire range of medical and nursing disciplines. A large number of simulation objects, the most modern medical and simulation technology and a unique, highly realistic environment facilitate practical training at the highest possible level.
