Admission to the Master's Degree in Nursing Science program is contingent upon a bachelor's degree in an area related to health or nursing from an accredited tertiary educational institution in Austria or abroad. The Rectorate of the Medical University of Graz is responsible for the decision on admission to the Master's Degree in Nursing Science program.
To be admitted, all applicants with a bachelor's degree in health and nursing or a bachelor's degree in nursing science from the Medical University of Graz are required to bring an official photo ID or a Medical University of Graz student ID to the Studies and Teaching Management Organizational Unit during the general registration period and extended deadline.
Graduates of a bachelor's degree program in an area related to health or nursing at another accredited tertiary educational institution in Austria or abroad must submit the application form as well as all required documents by email.

If German is not your native language, you must also provide proof that your German language skills are at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Over the course of your education at the Medical University of Graz, you will receive knowledge of data that can be assigned to individuals or groups of individuals. This is why it is necessary for you to sign a declaration of commitment to maintain confidentiality according to the Austrian Data Protection Act. You will receive the declaration of commitment to sign during the admission procedure.
