In seven consecutive (weekly) 90-minute sessions, the following content is worked on together: Symptoms of illness; Early warning signs; Vulnerability-stress model; Biological basics; Medication; Biological rhythms, activity planning and daily structure; Stress processing, emotion regulation and dysfunctional cognition; Lifestyle (diet, exercise, sleep, etc.); Interpersonal relationships, crisis plan.
